Polam Hall's core values are based on respect for self and for others.

Students and staff are expected to show courtesy, have regard for the well-being of others, and to contribute to a supportive and friendly community. Awareness of the needs of others, within and beyond the school, is fostered. Charitable work is encouraged and is important to us.

The school welcomes pupils from a range of backgrounds and abilities. Our community is enriched by our overseas boarders. We value and celebrate this diversity.

We work in partnership with parents and welcome parental involvement and feedback.
